What We Promise
- All our Trade Professionals that are admitted are of a high standard and we are constantly working with them to ensure that this standard is maintained.
- As part of our screening process, we ensure that ALL our Trade Pros guarantee their workmanship. Depending on the trade, this can be up to 5 Years.
- As for all materials used, manufacturers will guarantee their products for differing length of time depending on the material and purpose of use. Our Trade Pros will be able to provide you with the details of this guarantee when they undertake your home renovation project.
- In the unlikely event of a complaint, please take it up with the Trade Professional or contractor concerned first. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction then contact us in writing either via email or letter no later than 30 days following job completion. We will investigate your complaint and help both parties reach a mutually acceptable solution.
Terms and Conditions
For the resolution process and Service Guarantee to apply,
The Client must have:
- Provided accurate and truthful information via the Job Request;
- Entered into a written contract or agreement signed by both parties for a Job or Project consistent with that described in the Job Request, with a Trade Professional that the Client learned about through the Tradebox service;
- Supplied Tradebox with a written complaint regarding the Trade Professional's workmanship or service and provided all required documentation;
- Been willing to have another Trade Professional complete the contracted work if possible or remedy the work in dispute.
Exclusions:
- This guarantee applies to the workmanship of Tradebox Trade Pros only and excludes defective materials. Materials used are covered by manufacturers' warranties.
- Any occurences which would normally be covered by public liability or other forms of insurance.
- All work altered by you or any other party other than the Trade Professional that the dispute is with
- For works that extend beyond the scope or description of the original Job Request you submitted to Tradebox
