A:  If you are unable to respond to the  service enquiry or job request of which you have ordered and received customer details for any reason, we ask that you advise us of this as soon as you receive the lead .  This will allow us to match the job request to another Trade Pro. If you are on Auto-accept , you can stop receiving  leads temporarily by changing your account status to stop receiving leads.  You will find this on your account details page on the website.  Remember to go back and change your account status once you are ready to continue receiving leads   Did this answer your question?
