FAQ AnswerQ: Customer postponed the work, do I get a refund?A: Firstly, you haven't wasted your time, because if contact with the customer went well, you will be well placed to take the job when the time actually comes. We never refund credits if you have been able to contact the customer and the customer then decides to postpone the work. Just as with any other method you used to contact customers, you will find that some postpone the job start date. This sometimes happens and we cannot do anything about it.
