A: If you purchase a job lead and you cannot get hold of the customer straight away, you are advised to send an introductory e-mail. You can tell the customer you are available to offer a quote. Some customers are difficult to get hold of and you need to plan your time in order to phone them on different dates and at different times, to give yourself the best possible chance.
