Our Free service finds you Tradespeople and Companies in your area who are ready and available to provide you with a quote and do your work.

OUR SERVICE IS SO EASY TO USE!

Whether you need a Builder to complete your Home Renovation, a Painter to Paint your House, Plumbers to fix plumbing issues or any Tradesman that you need to do your Renovation, Building and Maintenance Work, our service is just so easy.

• Fill in a Job Request form to explain and describe the work you want done. These forms are very easy to complete in just a few minutes.  (To select the relevant Job Form and Request Free Quotes, click on a category above).

• Your request will be verified by our team that it is genuine in that it has the correct contact information, before being forwarded to Tradespeople who may be able to provide you with a Quote. The request will be further analysed to ensure there is no duplication and the correct Job Request form is used. Depending on the information that you have given, we may phone you to get a few more details and make the necessary adjustments.

• Selected Tradespeople and Companies (no more than 4) will then contact you if they are available to offer you a quote.

You then arrange things directly with the Tradespeople who contact you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is your service completely free?

Yes, our service is totally free of charge and we take no commission on the work done. Our income comes from subscriptions paid by Tradespeople who want to be part of our network.

Does your service provide online estimates?

No, we do not provide online estimates via email, without a direct contact with the Tradesman. We encourage the Tradesman who is going to do the work to contact you in order to accurately cost and price out the job.

Who are the Tradespeople that will receive my request?

We forward your request to Tradespeople we have selected from our network, based on their trade and the geographical coverage areas that they work in.

How many Tradespeople will contact me?

This can vary, but we limit the number of Tradespeople and companies allowed to access your contact details to 4. Once 4 Tradespeople have accessed your details, we do not give them to anyone else, to prevent you being swamped with calls. You will be advised by email within 5 days if we have been unable to find any Tradespeople to respond to your request.

How will I be contacted?

Most Tradespeople tend to use the phone to contact you. We give you the chance to specify the best available number to contact you on, to make sure they call at a time that is convenient. Any job requests without the appropriate contact phone numbers will be withdrawn.

Some Tradespeople will contact you via email initially before phoning you or arranging an appointment.

Do the Tradespeople come out to provide quotes?

That is what usually happens, but it is left up to the tradesmans discretion.

Will my contact details be posted on the internet?

No, your contact details will only ever be passed on up to a maximum of 4 Tradespeople or companies for each job request, and will never be published on the web.

• Describe your request as thoroughly as you can so that our Trade Professionals can provide you with a detailed quote.
  

Step 2

Your request is verified and the best matched Trade Professionals and their details are forwarded to you

• Your Job Request is verified and specifically matched with a list of up to 4 qualified, trusted and pre-screened Trade Professionals.
• Your matched Trade Pros webpage profile will be emailed to you, so you can get to know these pre-screened Trade Pros better

• Read the feedback placed from previous customers in order to make the right decision.

   

Step 3

The selected Trade Professionals (no more than 4) will contact you to offer a quote

• These selected Trade Professionals will contact you within 5 days (excluding public holidays), to discuss your job and submit a quote to you. Or, feel free to contact them.
