Who Qualifies to be on Tradebox?

We will assess Trade Pros for their suitability to be on Tradebox.

We are looking for Trade Pros that are:

• Motivated to provide great customer service by politely and efficiently contacting the prospect .
• Getting back to prospects within the agreed time with a quotation or recommendation.
• Follow up with prospects after submitting a quote and offer any further assistance that may be required to come to a decision.
• Being honest and fair in all their dealings with the prospect.
• Cheerfully and efficiently attend to any issues that may arrive before during and especially after a job is completed.
• Stand by their workmanship and providing value for money.

Also..

• You must have at least 3 years relevant industry experience
• You'll guarantee your work for at least 12 months or more
• Achieved relevant trade qualifications, if applicable
• Attained industry regulatory licensing, if applicable e.g. licensed builders and registered electricians
