Using The System

Once www.tradebox.co.nz sends you the Lead , you can either:

1. Preview Leads 

• Be alerted via email of Leads, preview details of Leads before you accept them, and only accept the leads you want to pursue. 
• Job closes when 4 Trade Professionals have accepted the Lead or within 5 days which ever comes first.
• Customer Details become available immediately after Lead is accepted. 
• Pick and choose. Only accept leads you are able to handle, making it easier to plan your work load. You can make a decision to take smaller jobs to fill in the gaps, or decide to travel further for the larger jobs.
• Control Spend. You have control of how much you spend on obtaining new business.

2. Auto Accept Leads

• Job Leads that match the job types and geographical coverage areas you have selected will be automatically accepted and sent to you without the need to Preview.
• Priority in getting Leads and advantage over Trade Professionals on Preview Leads
• Be among the first to contact the customer, creating valuable first impressions and increasing your chances in winning the work.

Job Verification

All job leads sent out from the www.tradebox.co.nz will be verified for:

• Hoax Lead
• Incorrect contact information (ie incorrect phone number)
• Duplication
• Incorrect Job Request form used

If we find a job lead  that fits into one or more of the above criteria we will withdraw the job lead and refund your money.
